Shannon joined the WIOA Adult program to earn his CDL and build a stable career. With WIOA support, he completed CDL training in May 2025 and quickly secured full-time work as a driver with Reece Albert. His new career has strengthened his financial stability and allows him to support himself and his mother.
Lizeth came to Workforce Solutions in August 2025 determined to build a better future for her family. Within weeks, she secured full-time work, added a second job with Infini Dreams Logistics. By November, her increased earnings allowed her to transition off TANF.
Tequil turned a setback into opportunity by pursuing his long-time goal of earning a CDL through the WIOA Dislocated Worker Program. He completed CDL training at Howard College and received multiple job offers, ultimately choosing a position with Caron Transportation.
