When Lizeth walked into Workforce Solutions in August 2025, she was determined to create a better future for herself and her five children. Just one week later, she took her first big step by starting a new job at ResCare as a Direct Support Professional, working full-time.
But she didn’t stop there. In September, she accepted a second job with Infini Dreams Logistics (Amazon) as a driver, earning $20.25 an hour. For a short time, she balanced both roles, showing incredible grit, drive, and commitment to her goals.
Her hard work didn’t go unnoticed. In October, she earned the Top Driver Award, ranking first out of 69 drivers!
And by November, Lizeth no longer needed TANF benefits. Her earned income had grown and her determination had paid off.
Lizeth’s story is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when someone decides to change their life. She made that choice and she made it happen in a remarkably short time.
