Child Care Advisory Council – Concho Valley
The Concho Valley Workforce Development Board announces the availability of the Child Care Advisory Council, a group created to strengthen collaboration across the child care community.
The Council was developed to:
- Establish a two‑way communication channel between child care providers and the Concho Valley Workforce Development Board
- Bring local context to funding decisions, program planning, and policy discussions
- Support transparency and trust among providers, families, and community partners
- Strengthen the connection between child care and workforce priorities across the Concho Valley
The Child Care Advisory Council serves as a forum for providers, parents, and stakeholders to share insights, raise concerns, and help shape strategies that support families and the regional workforce.
Information from these advisory council meetings is presented a each full Board meeting after the council meets.
