In accordance with the Training and Employment Guidance Letter No. 39-11 from U.S. DOLETA  and the Texas Workforce Commission Letter No. WD 02-18 Change 1 from the Texas Workforce Commission; the following Privacy Policy describes how Concho Valley Workforce Development Board (“We”) collect and use the personally identifiable information (PII) you provide on our online website available at the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) address  (Our Site). It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personally identifiable information and how you can access and update that information.

Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalized service.

The data we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination in Workforce Solution’s secure network or in our secured hosting account provided by our third-party vendor Fire Spring ( It may also be processed by staff operating in the United States who work for us or for one of our vendors. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfillment of your service requests, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data when registering to our site or by filling in electronic forms, you agree to this transfer, storing, or processing. We are committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure that your data, if required, is securely stored, and handled in accordance with this privacy policy.


All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Our site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control.
