Request for Proposals: Operation & Management of Workforce Solutions of the Concho Valley Center, Programs, and Child Care Services
The Concho Valley Workforce Development Board is seeking qualified providers to operate and manage the Workforce Solutions (WFS) Center, workforce programs, and child care services.
Scope of Services
The selected contractor will be responsible for:
• Daily operation and management of the WFS Center
• Delivery of workforce development programs and customer services
• Administration and oversight of child care services
• Compliance with all applicable regulations, performance standards, and reporting requirements
• Coordination with community partners, employers, and stakeholdersDetailed service specifications, performance expectations, and submission requirements are included in the full RFP document.

Proposal submission instructions will be provided only to proposers who submit the mandatory Letter of Intent to Bid.
