Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) §108 and federal regulations at 20 C.F.R. §679.550 require Boards plans be written on a four-year cycle. The requirements for the content of Board plans are set forth in 20 C.F.R. §679.550 and Texas Government Code §§2308.262, 2308.303, and 2308.304.
Board plan modifications are generally required on an annual bases in order to update information and implement new state and local direction.
